Due to the nature of watercolor, revisions are limited. If you would like to add or change an element to your pet portrait, I can provide a single revision to the artwork given that the changes can be made.
Payment is due in full upfront to secure your order in line and ensure commitment from both parties.
The intellectual property of the artwork remains with Crystal Guzzi Art. Crystal Guzzi Art retains the right to use commissioned art for multiple purposes, including portfolio display and other reproductions. It cannot be used commercially without written consent.
All sales are final once work is completed. Returns will not be accepted. Once the process has begun, work cannot be cancelled. We can not offer refunds, but if you are not satisfied, please contact us.
